Clothing with a conscious! We started NQ pre-loved to extend the lifespan of our garments, contribute to a circular economy & reduce waste.
It allows you to sell worn NQ pieces, making sure that your much loved garments are passed on and loved again. We donate 5% of profits to charity plus you receive 50% from the resale price while your NQ pre-loved item is passed on to a loving new home. Opening the door for customers to buy old favourites they may have missed (& at a more affordable price).

so, how does it work?
approval process
Before receiving items we ask that customers read the below instructions and fill in our form with as much detail about their NQ pre-loved garment(s) as possible. Please include at least two high quality photos of each item.
condition
We inspect all items closely and reserve the right not to accept something if its condition does not meet our standard. That means, no holes or stains and item must be recently washed. If you have taken out labels or buttons are missing, please include this information and photograph so we can assess. We may still accept the garment if we are able to reattach the missing items, but this will likely be deducted off the money you receive.
We may also reject items if we have too many of a specific style or size.
sending
Information and photos must be submitted before sending the item. We will provide you with a postal address after your item is approved. We advise you send your item(s) using a secure tracked postal method, with proof of postage, as we are unable to deal with items not received.
If there is an issue with the garment when we receive it, we will return it back to you, but we will require a £3.50 return shipping fee (if you are UK based) that we will wait to receive before sending your item. Alternatively with your permission, we can donate the item to "" charity, who..
for you
You will receive a voucher code to spend online with Nellie Quats for 50% of the price that your item is sold for. eg if it's listed for £30, you will receive £15. This will be sent to you once we have received and given the final approval to your item.
buying preloved
The items will be listed at roughly 40-50% of the original retail price. All items are final sale, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Shipping is not included in the price.
